Delicious home-style food, very clean restaurant, traditionally furnished. In the meantime it is often difficult to get a place at short notice.

We have been there several times to eat and have never really been disappointed. It is worth reserving a table, as it gets very crowded in the evening, so it is a bit noisy in the restaurant. The homemade spaetzle are highly recommended, just delicious!

Impossible operation. After an unclear statement when ordering and a follow-up on my part, I was ignored by her for the rest of the evening. Outrageous. Food was excellent though.

Schnitzel, fries, and salad are my favorites. For the children, the restaurant has its own large playground for guests within sight. One star deduction because the cigarette smoke from the neighboring tables in the covered outdoor area is annoying for non-smokers. Smokers will be less bothered.

The food is delicious and the price and performance are great. I just find the Corona rules insufficient. Face masks and distances are respected inside, but outside it becomes difficult and no contact details are recorded. But I would eat there again and take care of the distance myself. I was there again and now everything went according to the current rules. The food is really great.

The food was very good, the atmosphere rustic but very nice. Service very nice and friendly. For dessert, a tarte flambée with apples and cinnamon. Was delicious.

Very tasty dishes for a good price. The staff are always very friendly and attentive. We have been there several times and will definitely come back. For us one of the best street economies in our region.

Down-to-earth cuisine but perfectly implemented. Although the entire place was full all voted Garpunkte and the service. The prices are already too cheap for what you get. Here you want to come back and it is best to reserve.

This rustic yet modern economy in the district Buchholz offers super delicious food at very good prices and a good selection of drinks. The service is super friendly and also fast. We'll definitely be back :)

Worked for 3 months in Freiburg in 1997, regularly drove here to eat. Now 22 years later on vacation in the Black Forest. The journey of 1 hour from the hotel was well worth it. Quality ambience taste, everything just great. And at the prices :-) because the path is really worth it.

We used to go there very often afterwards quality would be very poor after three years we decided to go back and we were more than surprised eating very good quality much better so I can only recommend it

don't go without reserving a table. simply don't. good thing is they have an annex now where you can get the same food without the noise. enjoyed the food very much the service was quick considering the main building was heaving and full to the brim. ~90€ for 3 beers 2 coke lights 4 grill platters and a turkey steak is really reasonable pricing. the staff was very friendly. will come again

Whenever we're in the vicinity, we try to stop here. Absolutely gorgeous food at riddiculously low prices, friendly staff and just a good time. Have never been disappointed and keep coming back for more and more and more. Simply THE place for Schnitzel ?

Really lovely place with tasty food (blackforest portions, go really hungryyyyyyy) and we were also blessed with awesome weather, so could sit outside.. perfect for families as there is a playing area across the road, where kids can escape to when they are bored of dining conversation and parents can watch them from close proximity...

Pretty nice down to earth place with honest food. I like to come here for the healthy options and order their huge salads with our without meat ( E.g. turkey, steak,...)
